Lissette has led global brand rollouts, national retailer launches, crisis communications, and media tours, securing features in TODAY Show, Forbes, Cosmopolitan, and Allure, to name a few. She has also overseen high-profile influencer partnerships, driving collaborations with Amazon, Prose, Glow Recipe, Disney, Estée Lauder, Dynamite Clothing, Nordstrom, Primark, SKIMS, Bobbi Brown, and MAC Cosmetics.

Prior to launching her consulting business, she founded Chic Influence, a boutique PR and talent management agency, and previously served as Senior Vice President at DeVries Global, where she launched and led the agency’s multicultural practice, overseeing PR campaigns for Pantene, Olay, and P&G multi-brand initiatives while driving millions in revenue growth and authentic audience engagement.
